Parkinson’s disease affects a million people every year in the United States. It’s a neurological disorder in which the body loses its ability to control itself in its movements. This disease is extremely debilitating, but there are workouts that can be conducted in conjunction with their treatment which can directly lead to a better quality of life and facilitate a greater range of motion and ability. Furthermore, this practice is extremely effective with older populations as well. As such, this course is great for both of these groups of special populations. Join Colleen Bridges as she gives the secrets to helping these populations find success in achieving their goals through the great sport of boxing!
